Practise Areas

CREON predominantly advises medium-sized enterprises with an emphasis on company law, commercial and employment law, media law and protection of industrial property. Further core competences include family and inheritance law as well as the field of building and real estate law. The legal departments of various companies from the fields of aviation, shipping and automotive industry as well as trading and logistics companies, media or crafts enterprises are being completed or substituted by CREON lawyers. The range of services is enhanced by effective debt collection, in particular for private practice doctors and medical companies.

Remuneration

Consultancy fees will be agreed upon individually, either on an hourly basis or as a lump-sum fee. German Lawyers’ Fees Act applies. Charges and costs will be talked about before they incur.
